Programs Offered:

Impact Martial Arts has a variety of programs for both males and females starting as young as age 4.  See below for a description of each program. 

Tiny Tigers These classes are for young children ages 4-5. The main purpose of this class is enhancing coordination, balance and gross motor skills. This class also introduces children to following directions, paying attention and building up self confidence.  

Little Dragons-  These classes are for young children ages 6-7. The main purpose of this class is enhancing coordination, balance and gross motor skills. This class also actively teaches discipline, respect, and builds up self confidence.

Youth Program- These classes are for all youth ages 8 to 12. The Children’s class will focus on learning traditional martial arts, learning awareness and self defense and how to establish a healthy lifestyle.  Benefits include increased confidence, discipline and gaining leadership skills.

Adult Program- These classes are for students ages 13 and over. Students in this class will learn traditional martial arts, street awareness and self defense and also establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Benefits include a sense of fulfillment, integration of mind, body and spirit and keeping a 2000 year old tradition alive.

Cardio Karate- This class is designed for adults looking for a good cardiovascular workout to lose weight, build stamina, or stay in shape.  These classes combine a fast-paced aerobic workout with basic kickboxing skills and music.  This program does not require membership to the school and is paid for on a per class basis.  Classes are $10 each, or 6 for $50 when paid in advance.
